Birthday Parties

Let Newtown Gymnastics Academy Host Your Next Birthday Party!

Newtown Gymnastics Academy offers a great alternative to home birthday parties! This means FUN for all the kids and less work for you! Your children will be instructed for one hour of fun gymnastics activities using our trampoline, moon bounce foam pit and more by our professional staff, and then you will have a half hour for food and cake in our exclusive party room! Parties book up quickly so please book your party well in advance.

How It Works

  • Parties start at 3 years old, but all guests must be at least 2 years old to participate, and no older than 14.
  • Gymnasts will be checked for their electronic waivers upon entry and then put their belongings in on one of the cubbies upstairs.  The instructors will bring them into the gym area when the time comes.
  • Parents are NOT allowed in the gymnastics area (on the mats) for safety reasons, but can watch from upstairs, except if your gymnast is 2, 3 or 4 and in need of extra guidance.
  • Presents should be brought home to be opened as there just isn’t enough time without shortening the gym time.
  • Gratuities are not included in the cost of the party and can be given directly to the instructors if you enjoyed the party.
  • For pizza, we recommend Lions Bleeker St. Pizza (203) 491-2494 Mention Newtown Gymnastics Academy for a 15% discount.  They deliver!
  • Parents of guests can fill out our electronic WAIVER – prior to arrival preferred

Party Price + What You Get

  • 1 – 15 children: $500
  • Additional $25 per child after 15
  • Deposit: $100 – will be charged to your card after your registration is reviewed. Remainder will be paid after your party ends.

Party Details

  • Attire: Play Clothes, bare feet and hair tied up if necessary.  No jewelry, sweatshirts or hats.
  • Paper Goods: Generic white are supplied including plates, cups, forks/spoons, napkins OR you may bring your own.
  • Food: You supply your own food and drinks. We have a refrigerator & freezer for storing cold items.
  • We help you setup, serve, and cleanup!

How to Register

  1. Click on appropriate date from the calendar below. If the calendar is blank on that day then we are not holding parties on that day. If there is a “0” next to the date then it is already booked.
  2. Once you click on a time slot in a date box, a registration form will come up. Enter the family info then click on the blue + sign to enter ninja info.
  3. Your credit card will be charged the $100 deposit within 48 hours. The deposit is non-refundable less than 3 weeks before the party unless we are able to re-book that date or if you re-book.
  4. Please email us by the Wednesday before the party with an approximate maximum count.

Important Information for Your Guests

To get your party started right away, please include the following information with your invitations for your guests:

  • All guests must be in PLAY CLOTHES (no dresses)
  • Must be at least 2 years old.
  • Bare feet, hair tied back.
  • Please leave all jewelry at home
  • Please do not be late.
  • A parent must fill out the waiver at the link below.
