Adult Classes

Want to be a Ninja Warrior?

From basic to advanced, we're training ninjas of all levels!

Stamford Ninja Academy adult classes are where agility, strength, balance, and technique are used to overcome obstacles. No matter what your experience level, our unique programs are designed to help you achieve your full potential as a ninja athlete. New obstacles are presented every week. We offer beginners a chance to safely learn basic techniques, and advanced athletes can further develop their skills with more challenging obstacles. Most importantly, it’s FUN!

Open to Adults from 15 – 65 years

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and/or Thursdays  7:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Mondays & Wednesdays: Competitive Ninjas ages 13 – 14 (Worlds and/or ANW Jr.)

Mondays & Wednesdays: CT Squad Ninja Members ages 11 – 14 (Ages 11 by 2/21/23 and on Squad in Hamden, Stamford or Windsor)

Shirts must be worn by all participants.

  • $30 per class (register on drop-in calendar)

Monthly Registration

  • Up to 4 classes per month – $80/mo (Recurring Monthly Charge)
  • Up to 8 classes per month – $132/mo (Recurring Monthly Charge)
  • Unlimited per month – $160/mo (Recurring Monthly Charge)

We are closed the week leading up to Labor Day. For any changes to monthly recurring charges, email NewtownGymnasticsAcademy@gmail.com before the 1st of the month.
