    Our Coed Preschool classes are fun and challenging, with age-appropriate movements and equipment with passionate coaches who want to see your kids experience the joy of gymnastics! Our kids classes are rewarded with always changing lesson plans!

    Afterschool Aged Boys & Girls

    Ages 4.5+

    We train everyone from beginner through advanced. Whether you want to just gain agility, strength, coordination to use gymnastics as a base sport to improve all others or if you want to compete at top levels – we’ve got you covered.

  • Vacation/Summer Clinics

    Winter & Spring Vacation & Summer Clinics

    Newtown Gymnastics clinics are taught by our professional gymnastics staff. Activities include gymnastics, indoor games, outdoor games, arts & crafts, water play and much more! Check out our upcoming clinics.

  • Coed Tumbling

    Coed Tumbling

    Ages 6-17

    Gain confidence, build strength, and improve coordination in our tumbling classes! Open to beginners through advanced tumblers, classes focus exclusively on floor and trampoline training to develop body control, technique, and coordination. It’s the perfect program for athletes wanting to improve for cheer, dance, or personal growth!

  • Private Lessons/Field Trips

    Private Lessons/Field Trips

    We offer private 1-hour classes for the student who wants to take their training to the next level or just needs a little 1:1 time for a particular issue. We also offer field trips for both kids, schools, home school groups, etc. which includes lots of fun gymnastics activities during the school year!

    Our parties are a great alternative to those “other” cookie-cutter facilities – we’re unique and so are our parties! Kids will be instructed and challenged with fun gymnastics activity with professional staff, moon bounce fun, trampoline and foam pit fun, and there’s plenty of time for food and cake, too.

Why is gymnastics training so great?

Kids love to climb, swing, and flip and gymnastics classes take that natural energy and turn it into strength, confidence, and skill.

Gymnastics builds body awareness, flexibility, balance, and power. Gymnastics teaches perseverance, focus, and the courage to try again — lessons that carry far beyond the gym.

Our athletes develop confidence and learn to value progress over perfection. And while it may be an individual sport, gymnasts always cheer each other on. The friendships and community make the journey even better.
