Team workouts will begin on the Tuesday after Labor Day

We train 12 months a year, fully closing July 4th week and the week leading into Labor Day.

During vacation weeks, schedules may be altered.

There may also be canceled workouts due to weather, competitions or staff training – that is all already included in the pricing.

There are no makeups for Team although during competition season we may request an alternate workout for dates missed that we know in advance.
